Based in Boston, DeConto is an accomplished executive recruiter with over 20 years of experience. She is also a certified leadership coach and has held leadership positions at renowned firms such as Odgers Berndtson, Russell Reynolds Associates, and Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to co-founding Winter Street Search, she was the Managing Partner of 76 Search Partners (formerly known as 75 Search Partners), which was later acquired by Heidrick & Struggles. Her previous experience in trading and investment research sales gives her a unique perspective on the financial services industry.

Vierra also brings over two decades of executive recruiting experience to his new role at 20/20 Foresight. Before co-founding Winter Street Search, he led investment recruiting for Liberty Mutual Investments and held senior talent acquisition roles at BNY Mellon, Putnam Investments, Gartner, and Heidrick & Struggles. Like DeConto, he was also a Managing Partner at 76 Search Partners.
