Navigating Change: Our Annual Survey of HIM and RCM Professionals
BEDFORD, Mass. - BostonChron -- Libman Education announces the release of the 2025 HIM/RCM Professionals Census: Report of Findings. Conducted in April and May 2025, the Census focuses on the rapid pace of change affecting Health Information Management and Revenue Cycle Management professionals.
The 2025 HIM/RCM Professionals Census describes a highly credentialed, experienced, and adaptable workforce, responding to ongoing and accelerating change in their industry. Their response to these changes is to emphasize improved performance, continue their professional development, and embrace technological transformation. These HIM and RCM professionals are preparing themselves and their organizations for whatever the future holds.
"From mounting financial pressures and growing payer denials to the accelerating impact of artificial intelligence and other new technologies, the challenges facing HIM and RCM professionals in 2025 are significant," said Susan Pepple, President of Libman Education. "This year's Census reveals HIM and RCM professionals taking decisive action to prepare themselves—and their organizations—to face these challenges head on. Their collective response is clear: 'We've got this.'"
