BOSTON - BostonChron -- Archway Leadership Partners, a newly launched organizational leadership and culture advisory firm, today announced its official launch under the leadership of founder Dr. Sean M. Reilly, DBA. The firm brings together more than two decades of executive leadership experience, doctoral-level research in organizational leadership, and a proprietary diagnostic instrument to serve senior leaders and executive teams across professional services and financial services organizations.
Archway Leadership Partners offers four core service areas: organizational leadership and culture advisory, executive and leadership reflection engagements, designed leadership experiences, and ongoing advisory partnerships. The firm is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, with an additional presence in Miami, Florida, and serves clients nationally.
"Archway exists not to create dependency but to build capability. We measure our success by your independence. That is not a tagline. It is the operating philosophy of every engagement we take on."

Central to the firm's research and consulting practice is the H Factor, a proprietary predictive utility index for organizational meetings developed by Dr. Reilly through his doctoral work at Johnson & Wales University. The H Factor measures organizational meeting system health across seven baseline dimensions, including role relevance, purpose clarity, environment and context, load and workload, facilitation quality, duration, and frequency, and produces a composite index score calibrated to each organization's specific context. The instrument is the first of its kind, designed to assess meeting system health and predict utility before meetings occur, as distinct from retrospective measurement tools currently available in the market.
"Organizations have long known that meetings are a problem," said Dr. Reilly. "What they have not known is how to predict whether their meeting systems are generating or destroying employee engagement. The H Factor answers that question with rigor and organizational specificity. It is the product of years of doctoral research and two decades of watching meeting culture shape, and sometimes quietly erode organizational performance."
