~ Boston Parks Department Offers Youth Employment Opportunities through SuccessLink Program
The Boston Parks Department has announced the launch of their SuccessLink program, providing numerous employment opportunities for youth in parks across the city. In an effort to streamline the application process, all available jobs can now be found in one place.
To be eligible for employment with SuccessLink, applicants must meet certain requirements. They must be at least 15 years old by September 1, 2025 and cannot turn 19 years old before that date. Additionally, they must be full-time residents of the City of Boston and legally permitted to work in the United States.
A variety of positions are available through the program, including roles at popular locations such as Franklin Park Golf Course and George Wright Golf Course. These positions involve taking on responsibilities for the upkeep and maintenance of the golf courses.

Other opportunities include working at sports centers such as East Boston Sports Center, Garvey Park Sports Center, Ronan Park Sports Center, Almont Park Sports Center, and White Stadium Sports Center. These roles involve assisting supervisors with day-to-day activities.
Youth can also get involved in various sports crews such as Willie O'Ree Street Hockey Crew, Lacrosse Crew, Soccer Crew, Volleyball Crew, Football Crew, and Baseball Crew. These positions require helping with day-to-day activities as well as setting up and taking down equipment at events.
