~ Boston, MA- The Boston Election Commission has completed a recount of ballots cast in Wards 4, 5, 21, and 22 for the recent mayoral election. Representatives from both the William N. Brownsberger and Daniel Lander campaigns were present to observe the manual recount of paper ballots. Staff from the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth were also in attendance.
