BOSTON, Sept. 10, 2024 ~ Boston Globe Media has announced the launch of B-Side Sports, a new video-first sports platform aimed at captivating New England sports fans. This innovative platform will feature a variety of content including video series, podcasts, and a bi-weekly newsletter distributed on Mondays and Fridays.
One of the highlights of this launch is the strategic partnership between B-Side Sports and Shadow Lion, a renowned creative studio founded by Tom Brady, Ben Rawitz, Gilad Haas, and Jeff Fine. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both entities and sets the stage for a new era in sports media.
The partnership will kick off with an exclusive video-podcast series called "The Quick Snap," hosted by current Patriots captain David Andrews and former Patriots quarterback Brian Hoyer. The series will offer a unique perspective on football, delving into both the technical aspects of the game and the personal stories behind the players. It will be distributed across various social media channels, audio platforms, and YouTube.
