~ Abigail Milewski, the Director of Workforce Strategy in the People Operations Cabinet, has been working for the City for four years. Abbie, as she likes to be called, loves working with her colleagues and helping them focus on great service delivery. She chose this career path because it combines her love of data, people and process/systems improvement.

When asked what advice she would give to others, Abbie said to avoid regretting choices made using the best information available at the time. She also shared that her favorite snacks are popcorn and her coffee order is Dunkin's Medium Iced Butter Pecan with Oat Milk.

In her free time, Abbie enjoys beekeeping and gardening, reading, riding her bike and hanging out with her cat Paulette. If she could have a superpower it would be flying! To stay motivated at work she sets deadlines and reminders for herself.

Finally, when asked which Hogwarts house she was sorted into after taking the Harry Potter quiz, Abbie said Ravenclaw! Building a thoughtful and actionable professional network on LinkedIn can seem daunting but Abbie's advice is to use the best information available at the time and set deadlines for yourself to stay motivated.
