~ The Mayor's Cup Lacrosse Tournament is set to make its debut this May, bringing together local youth teams for a day of friendly competition and community engagement. The tournament, organized by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, will take place at the West Roxbury Education Complex fields located at 1205 VFW Parkway in West Roxbury.
Interim Parks and Recreation Commissioner Cathy Baker-Eclipse expressed her excitement for the event, stating, "We are more than excited for the debut of our Mayor's Cup Lacrosse Tournament this May. We are proud to create opportunities for young people across the city to have access to team activities where they can not only build relationships, but remain healthy and active while having fun."

The tournament will feature divisions for boys and girls in grades 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8. Pre-registration is required for teams with a limit of eight teams per regional division. Interested teams can register on boston.gov/parks-sports or by contacting Woodley Auguste at woodley.auguste@boston.gov.
