Boston: Parking Clerk Online System Down

Trending...
~ Boston residents may experience some inconvenience as the city's online parking services are currently unavailable. According to a press release from the city, users are unable to pay tickets, apply for resident permits, appeal tickets, or conduct Zoom hearings online. Additionally, phone calls cannot be used to check for tickets, tows, or boots at this time.

It is important to note that resident parking permits are still being issued in person at City Hall. However, ticket violation payments cannot be processed in person. As a result of these technical difficulties, all hearings scheduled for today (Friday, August 30, 3024) have been canceled.
