~ The Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH) has released their draft Program Year 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and Appendix for public review. This report summarizes the use of funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for housing and community development activities during the program year of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
The CAPER covers four HUD programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Program. The report outlines the accomplishments achieved through these programs.

Feedback can be submitted via email to mohcomments@boston.gov, by phone at 617-635-0363, or by mail to MOH Compliance at 12 Channel Street, Suite 902 in Boston, MA. The MOH encourages community members to provide their input on the report before it is finalized.
