BOSTON - BostonChron -- Cambridge, MA- Cambridge School of Culinary Arts (CSCA) announces Summer Enrollment is now open for their Culinary and Pastry Certificate Programs. Learn the fundamentals of cooking or baking during a robust 16-week Certificate Programs. Upon satisfactory completion of the Certificate Pastry Program, students will have the option of transferring directly into the Professional Culinary or Pastry Programs.
The Culinary Certificate Program introduces student to the art and science of cooking and provides a solid foundation in savory cooking and baking. Upon graduation, they will be prepared for entry-level employment such as prep cook, line cook, or garde manger, but may also find success as a personal chef or food writer. Upon satisfactory completion, students will have the option of transferring directly into the Professional Chef's Program to further refine your culinary knowledge and skillset.

The Certificate Pastry Program teaches core classic pastry techniques, theory, and applications of creating, decorating, and serving professional pastries and breads. Upon graduation, students will be prepared for entry-level employment as a pastry assistant or production baker, but may also find success on your own. Upon satisfactory completion of the Certificate Pastry Program, students will have the option of transferring directly into the Professional Pastry Programs.
