Teen Techniques of Baking (5 Day Series)
This series will introduce young bakers to the essentials of baking. Explore foundational techniques such as the creaming method, explore the difference between baking powder and baking soda, define and work with gluten, and of course, how to make sure your pastries come out tender and flavorful every time. Everything is made from scratch from start to finish, providing basic technique and ample opportunity for creative pastry arts expression.
