Doug Brownridge has been named Managing Director at STS Capital Partners
TORONTO & LONDON & LOS ANGELES - BostonChron -- STS Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Doug Brownridge has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Over the course of his impressive career and through C-suite roles in organizations spanning from tech to hospitality, Brownridge has engaged in over 40 M&A and joint venture transactions. As a Managing Director at STS, Brownridge brings outstanding experience in identifying value streams and growth opportunities, combined with analytical skills, intuition, and empathy, to help STS identify and achieve Extraordinary Exits for its clients.
Brownridge developed his early career in brand management at P&G and Cadbury Schweppes. Afterward, Brownridge established himself in the tech sector in leadership positions for top companies, which included the role of Global VP of PMC-Sierra and it was there that he spearheaded their efforts to be a market leader in Asia.

Later in his career, Brownridge held various leadership positions at organizations in the luxury travel space, SaaS, and online service providers; and for some of those companies, he supported exits that resulted in significant transactions within the range of $1 billion to over $2 billion. More recently, Brownridge has served as an executive advisor to high-growth firms with the Business Development Bank of Canada to help clients grow their top-line revenues and earn record profits.
