The 2021 EdTech Awards have been announced to a worldwide audience of educators, technologists, students, parents, and policymakers interested in building a better future. This year's finalists were judged based on various criteria, including pedagogical workability, efficacy and results, support, clarity, value, and potential.

Exploros is proud to be chosen as a 2021 Social Studies Solution finalist. With a growing library of 700+ device-enabled Elementary, Middle, and High School Social Studies Lessons on topics including Civics, U.S. History, World History, World Geography, Economics, and Citizenship, the Exploros Social Studies curriculum is one of the most comprehensive in the United States.

Just before the pandemic, in one of the largest Social Studies academic impact case studies in the United States, 94% of campuses saw their state testing scores increase and the average gain was an astounding 29%. Perhaps even more impressive was that gains spanned student demographics — At Risk, Economically Disadvantaged, Limited English Language — all student scores jumped by double-digits.

During the pandemic, the Exploros approach has been providing instructional continuity when learning loss, especially amongst lower-income students, is challenging schools across the country. "Exploros helps teachers stage powerful social learning experiences that address state standards and get students involved.
