BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jenzabar, Inc., a leading technology innovator in higher education serving the new student, today announced the expansion of its senior management team with the appointments of Mike DiComes as the company's Vice President of Customer Success, and Omer Riaz as Vice President of Strategy and Innovation.
DiComes and Riaz each bring over 15 years of education and software experience to their new roles and will be responsible for continuing to expand and enhance customer experience for Jenzabar's rapidly growing installed base, as well as developing go-to-market strategies to help more higher education institutions drive digital transformation and enable student success.

DiComes brings more than 20 years of software delivery and customer operations experience to Jenzabar where he will be responsible for leading the company's cloud operations, professional services, and support organizations as well as expanding and enhancing the customer experience for Jenzabar's rapidly growing installed base. Prior to joining Jenzabar, DiComes held senior services and support roles at ACI Worldwide and Sophos. He also spent nearly a decade in healthcare software, with a majority of that time at IDX Systems Co.

Riaz brings significant corporate development, innovation, and education technology experience to Jenzabar. Prior to joining Jenzabar, Riaz was the Chief Growth Officer at SOCO.ai, a university spin-out from Carnegie Mellon, where he led the go-to-market product strategy and business development initiatives. Riaz also held executive and director positions at Kaplan, the leading provider of educational services for individuals, schools, and businesses worldwide.
