World Renown Parenting Expert and Best Selling Author, Katherine Sellery, is Tapped as the Keynote Speaker at the International Women's Day Gala for 2024 at the Prestigious Taglyan Complex in the Heart of Hollywood, CA during the Oscars' Biggest Weekend
HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - BostonChron -- International Women's Day designated on March 8th is a global day celebrating social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. This is a day that also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. International Women's Day has occurred for more than a century with the first one gathering in 1908 supported by more than a million people. Today's International Women's Day belongs to all groups collectively everywhere.
Tributes will be performed by entertainers such as international recording artist Eugene Cole, accomplished recording musician Michael Raye, April Diamond, a Billboard Charting Recording Artist who was #1 on the National New Music Radio Charts in 2021, Mezzo Soprano Hiroko Yoshinaga, and up-and-coming artist Natasha Mar.

Red carpet, Hors d'oeuvres and Happy hour is from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm.
Come join us for a unique, magical International Women's Day Gala, a 5 Course Dinner with a specially prepared menu, live music and a fashion show highlighting the designs of international fashion designer Gordana Gehlhausen (GOGA), a Project Runway finalist, Rohini Bedi, Oksana Grigorenko, Lena Trotsko, and fashion designer and creative director Tommy Le along with Art by VLADI.
The Key-note speaker will be Katherine Sellery, world renown parenting expert and best selling author, and we will also be awarding the Women's Inspiration Awards which will honor a number of women who have made contributions in their communities as well as in the world at large, from 6:30 - 10:00 pm. Don't miss this night to celebrate women and their accomplishments.
This year's event will be benefitting Ava's Heart Foundation, a 501c3, which allows people who require a heart transplant to meet their 6 month residency requirement to be able to live near a Heart Transplant Center in order to be able to get on the heart transplant list.
