BOLTON, Mass. - BostonChron -- Kathleen Goneau Named 2026 MetroWest Community's Choice Award Winner for Real Estate Agent
Voted by the community she has served for more than 30 years, Kathleen Goneau credits the award to the clients, friends, and neighbors who have trusted her team with their homes
Kathleen Goneau, the Realtor who leads The Goneau Group at Keller Williams North Central, has been named the winner of the 2026 MetroWest Community's Choice Award for Real Estate Agent. The annual awards, presented by the MetroWest Daily News, are decided entirely by public vote, recognizing the local businesses and professionals that residents value most.
The honor follows a September voting period in which past clients, friends, neighbors, and social media followers cast their votes. For Goneau and her team, the result reflects relationships built with families across MetroWest and Central Massachusetts over more than three decades.

"I am truly humbled and deeply grateful," said Goneau. "Every vote represents a family who welcomed us into one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. For over 30 years, it has been my privilege to help people buy their first homes, sell homes filled with a lifetime of memories, and move into their next chapter."
Goneau holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations, reflecting her focus on guiding older homeowners and their families through later life transitions with care and clarity.
The team approaches every client relationship as a partnership, and many clients return for their second and third moves or arrive through referrals from friends and family who have worked with Goneau before.
"This award belongs to our clients, so many of whom have become friends over the years," Goneau added. "We are so thankful, and we look forward to serving MetroWest and Central Massachusetts for many years to come."
The Goneau Group thanks everyone who voted and the MetroWest Daily News for celebrating the local businesses that make the region such a special place to call home.
