We adopt different pressure methods to perform permeability tests on the same instrument with hazardous and standard gases. A different pressure method instrument can test permeability of various gases. Hazardous gases are flammable, explosive, and toxic. To address the most challenging issues of hazardous gas permeability tests, we have constructed a complete set of instrument safety testing solutions and environmental safety advice solutions. The isolated layout of the test module and control system ensures the safety of the operators. Our test system has TUV SUD certification. The instrument adopts industry-leading brand anti-erosion components, so the sealing of the instrument is strengthened. To reduce residual gases in the test system, we simplified the structure of the test instrument's tubing layout while ensuring accuracy. During the test, test gas in the test system is vented through designated tubing by a vacuum pump and treated properly.
