Announces Strategic Partnership with GLEAM (Global Leadership Enhancement and Mentorship) Network
BOSTON - BostonChron -- Leading NOW, the award-winning leadership authority and advisor to organizations, is pleased to announce it has entered into a strategic partnership with GLEAM (Global Leadership Enhancement and Mentorship) Network, a non-profit, volunteer-based organization whose mission is to provide mentorship and leadership development to the underserved community in the restaurant and foodservice industry. The partnership supports GLEAM's signature 1:1 Mentorship Program, a bi-annual 6-month program that matches emerging foodservice professionals with experienced industry leaders who volunteer their time as mentors.
"It's quite remarkable that an organization like Leading NOW is partnering with GLEAM as a strategic partner to provide their expertise and help our industry. The pro bono addition of their proprietary Strategic Mentoring™ workshop and leadership self-assessment to our non-profit's Mentor Program is such a gift and we are thankful to have them on our team to help advance our mission" said the Founder of GLEAM Network, Sanjiv Razdan. "GLEAM's 1:1 Mentoring Program has been extremely impactful for our industry, and we are thrilled to have served over 400 mentees, since our 1st 6-month program kicked off in mid-2020," added Sheri Miksa, GLEAM board member and Mentor Programs Leader. "We are grateful for this partnership and know Leading NOW's programming will bring additional value-add to GLEAM's Industry-leading Mentor Program."
