FRANKLIN, Mass., April 19, 2024 ~ The Moseley Group, a global foodservice consultancy, has announced the promotion of Parker Doyle to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Doyle will be responsible for overseeing the team's performance and client integration. CEO Harry Milloff praised Doyle's contributions to the company, stating that he has been with The Moseley Group for over 6 years and has brought innovative thinking and rigor to each engagement.
Doyle's background in the hospitality industry has given him a deep understanding of the balance between efficient function and guest experience, which aligns with The Moseley Group's core focus. He joined the company as an intern and quickly rose through the ranks to become an associate, director, and then vice president. During his tenure, he has managed client initiatives across multiple operating segments and played a key role in developing and implementing new concepts, products, practices, and growth strategies both domestically and internationally.
In addition to his work with clients, Doyle has also been instrumental in further developing diagnostic tools and innovative processes that have delivered exceptional business results for clients such as Torchy's Tacos, Marugame Udon/Toridoll Holdings, Bojangles, Love's Travel Stops, Luna Grill, and EG America/Cumberland Farms.

Milloff expressed confidence in Doyle's ability to lead The Moseley Group towards continued success. "Parker has a passion for transforming the way the world perceives and interacts with food and beverages," he said. "His leadership will support and grow TMG's ability to combine analysis and creativity – the broad thinking that sparks unexpected and transformative solutions that cut through a cluttered marketplace."
In addition to Doyle's promotion, Milloff also announced that Thomas Moseley III will be joining The Moseley Group team. With a background in brand strategy, restaurant operations, and digital marketing – including serving as Senior Marketing Specialist at Bon Appetit Management Company – Moseley brings a wealth of experience to the group. Milloff noted that it was a particular pleasure to have Moseley join the team, as his father was Milloff's mentor in the business.
The Moseley Group, which has been in operation for 35 years, is headquartered outside of Boston and competes globally. Their mission is to define, execute, and deliver innovative solutions that optimize client metrics, improve guest experiences, and drive new growth.
