Honoring NYS Assembly Member Jodi Giglio, Suffolk County Legislator Nick Caracappa, and NYS Senator Monica R. Martinez
Melville, NY – May 7, 2025 – Families, professionals, and advocates across Long Island are invited to attend the Pathways to Adulthood Conference on Saturday, May 17th at the Melville Marriott. This important event is designed to support those navigating the often-complex journey from school-based services to adult systems of support.
The conference will honor New York State Assembly Member Jodi Giglio, Suffolk County Legislator Nick Caracappa, and New York State Senator Monica R. Martinez for their ongoing advocacy and legislative efforts supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

This full-day event is tailored for advocates, attorneys, educators, agency professionals, school personnel, parents, grandparents, and siblings who are supporting young people with special needs transitioning into adulthood.
