WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prospect Hill Growth Partners, L.P., a private equity firm specializing in buyouts and recapitalizations of middle-market growth companies, today announced the promotion of Jeff Miller to Partner and Kyle Casella to Principal.
"We are delighted to recognize the roles that Jeff and Kyle have played in acquiring new portfolio companies and adding value to these companies through add-on acquisitions and overseeing organic growth initiatives," said Adam Suttin, Managing Partner of Prospect Hill Growth Partners.
Jeff Miller joined the firm in 2012 and has served as a Principal since 2017 and has been primarily focused on reviewing investment opportunities in the healthcare and consumer products sectors. Jeff currently serves as a director of KeyImpact, Siromed, Urology Management Associates and Eblens and was on the board of Kosta Browne until its sale in 2018. Jeff will join the current firm partnership that includes David Fiorentino, Adam Suttin, Jeff Teschke and Bill Watts. Jeff joined PHGP with previous experience at Sawaya Partners and L.E.K. Consulting and earned an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.

Kyle Casella joined the firm in 2016 and has been primarily focused on reviewing opportunities in the ecommerce and multi-location consumer sectors. Kyle currently serves as a director of Walker Edison, Fitness Ventures, Honors Holdings, Outward Hound and Lifestyle Solutions. Kyle worked at Weston Presidio and Wells Fargo Securities prior to joining PHGP and received a B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
