She has coordinated with SmartBear to host bi-weekly training sessions for new SwaggerHub adopters, organized best practice sessions for long-time users, and provided proactive suggestions to improve training materials to ensure all SwaggerHub customers, not just those at Lumen Technologies, have access to top-tier resources, among many other initiatives.
