For nearly three years as Product Owner of API Platforms, Jamie has been spearheading various projects, including enhancing the adoption and effective use of SwaggerHub (https://swagger.io/tools/swaggerhub/), SmartBear's award-winning API design and documentation tool, at Lumen Technologies. She has coordinated with SmartBear to host bi-weekly training sessions for new SwaggerHub adopters, organized best practice sessions for long-time users, and provided proactive suggestions to improve training materials to ensure all SwaggerHub customers, not just those at Lumen Technologies, have access to top-tier resources, among many other initiatives.
