BOSTON - BostonChron -- The Kendall Project, an innovative AI-focused initiative, is rapidly gaining momentum just weeks after its launch. In its first quarter of operations, the organization will have hosted AI strategy workshops for leaders in manufacturing, legal and corporate law, accounting and finance, banking, and corporate learning. These workshops are designed to equip executives with the tools they need to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
A Strategic Approach to AI Implementation
The Kendall Framework, is an extensible, problem-centric methodology that empowers participants to collaboratively articulate, prioritize, and vote on the most pressing AI-related problems facing their companies. Inspired by industry-leading process improvement frameworks such as Lean Startup, SCRUM, Design Thinking, and Root Cause Analysis, Kendall workshops are built upon a foundation of business best practices that companies can trust as they move forward into the innovative and uncertain world of AI.
