BOSTON ~ Boston-based company Tour24, known for its award-winning mobile app that simplifies the apartment touring process for renters and leasing teams, has recently announced the expansion of its leadership team. The company has appointed Ian Dyer Senior as Vice President of Product and Mike Ramseyer as Vice President of Production, in order to further develop their innovative platform and cater to the changing needs of residents and property companies.
Ian Dyer joins Tour24 from Latch, a partner company that specializes in access control. During his time at Latch, Dyer served as Product Lead for their smart lock platform and was responsible for the development of OpenKit. He also oversaw the evolution of Latch Lens architecture and played a key role in launching new property management modules across their portfolio. With his extensive experience in driving innovation and efficiency at Latch, it was a natural fit for Dyer to join Tour24's leadership team. Georgianna W. Oliver, CEO of Tour24, expressed her excitement about Dyer's appointment stating, "We are thrilled to bring Ian Dyer on board to lead product development at Tour24. He is highly respected in the multifamily industry and brings invaluable expertise in access control and new technologies. Since joining us, he has already demonstrated strong product leadership skills. Ian's addition to our team is a game-changer as we strive to provide top-notch technology solutions for our enterprise level clients."

Dyer himself is equally enthusiastic about his new role at Tour24. He believes that the company's product offers a unique solution to a common problem faced by multifamily properties - allowing prospects to tour properties outside of business hours. "Tour24's product enables prospects to tour properties at night, on weekends, and at any time that works for them, which is absolutely remarkable," said Dyer.
Joining Dyer on Tour24's leadership team is Mike Ramseyer who brings nearly two decades of customer journey expertise to the company. As a seasoned leader, Ramseyer is known for his focus on enhancing customer experiences and driving growth through efficient change management strategies. Oliver praised Ramseyer's addition to the team, saying, "Mike Ramseyer is another powerful tool in our toolbox to support our enterprise level clients. He leads a strong and engaged team and has hit the ground running on rolling out new processes to manage the hundreds of properties activating on Tour24 in 2024! We could not be more thrilled with his addition to the leadership team."

Ramseyer's background in collegiate baseball has instilled in him a collaborative approach, which he plans to bring to his role at Tour24. He believes that the company's product solves a real problem faced by multifamily properties - the challenge of accommodating prospective residents who are only available outside of business hours. "As VP of Production, I look forward to helping more multifamily businesses adopt self-guided touring and get more prospects in to see their spaces, more leases signed, and more time for leading teams to produce amazing results," said Ramseyer.
With these two new additions to their leadership team, Tour24 is well-equipped to continue providing innovative solutions for the multifamily industry and support their growing list of enterprise level clients.
