UK Financial Ltd today announced the official 30-day conversion window for the final three publicly held tokens that must be processed through the company's MayaPro Wallet system in preparation for upcoming regulated infrastructure upgrades.

This notice applies only to the following three tokens currently held by the public and on exchanges:

• MPRA — Maya Preferred PRA (Preferred Class)
• MPRD — Maya Preferred (Common Class)
• WMPRA-- Wrapped Maya Preferred PRA

All three assets remain in active public circulation, which is why holder action is required.

Official Conversion Deadline

• Start Date: December 14, 2025
• Deadline: Friday, January 13, 2026 (30 Days)

Only holders who complete the transfer through the official MayaPro Wallet process on or before January 13, 2026 will retain eligibility for the upgraded structure tied to future regulated exchange activity.

Permanent Forfeiture of Rights After Deadline

UK Financial Ltd made clear that:

• Any holder who fails to complete the conversion by January 13, 2026 will permanently lose eligibility
• No exceptions, extensions, or retroactive conversions will be granted
• Once the upgraded version goes live on regulated infrastructure, non-converted holders will have no recognized balance
• At that point, those holders will no longer possess rights to the upgraded asset, dividends, staking participation, or regulated trading access

In simple terms:

If a holder does not convert within the 30-day window, they will not own the upgraded coin when it goes live.

Important Clarification on Token Structure

At this stage, conversions are being processed into the currently trading wrapped ERC-20 structure to ensure:

• Immediate market visibility
• Active price discovery
• Ongoing liquidity
• Zero disruption to existing exchange trading
