BEDFORD, Mass. and LONDON, Feb. 29, 2024 ~ Volt Active Data (Volt) has recently announced a new partnership with Linebreak, a global edge solution provider. This collaboration aims to make it easier for enterprises to process and utilize edge data in real-time.
According to Linebreak's Chief Technology Officer, Dolo Miah, post-digital enterprises are in need of utilizing all of their data to power their AI engines. However, a significant amount of this data is generated at the edge, where traditional architectures struggle to handle the demands of real-time and high-integrity processing. This is where Volt's real-time decisioning platform comes into play.

As part of the Linebreak platform, Volt offers the ability to ingest and process data in under 10 milliseconds. This allows for low latency and high performance on machines with smaller footprints commonly found in edge deployments. Additionally, Volt's platform can be deployed on-site at the edge for scenarios such as training AI and ML models.
The CEO of Volt, David Flower, expressed excitement about the partnership with Linebreak. He stated that together, their companies make edge computing less intimidating, more secure, and easier for enterprises to implement.
This collaboration between Volt and Linebreak is expected to greatly benefit enterprises looking to harness the power of edge computing for their AI needs. With Volt's real-time decisioning platform integrated into the Linebreak solution, enterprises can now confidently process and utilize their edge data without compromising on speed or security.
