Metro Commercial's Miami, Florida team grows by two this week.
MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. - BostonChron -- Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (Metro), one of the nation's leading full-service, retail real estate services firms, today announced the hiring of two new employees in the Miami, FL office: Yanina Yefimova, Senior Sales Associate/Project Coordinator and Cooper Jones, Vice President.
Yanina Yefimova brings years of experience in the retail real estate industry focused primarily on Landlord Services. Yanina will work closely with Metro's EVP, Principal, Rod Castan to serve Metro's existing Landlord clients throughout the entire state of Florida.
Cooper Jones has specialized in Tenant and Landlord Services in the state of Florida throughout his career. Among his many clients, Cooper represents Fat Tuesdays in their expansion throughout the entire Sunbelt, and is also the exclusive leasing agent for Space Coast Town Center, a 225 AC mixed-use project in West Melbourne, FL.
